Services

To rent a unit: Decide on how much you can comfortably afford and look in all rental categories to find
units in your price range. Carefully check to see what utilities are included. Call our office (510)
530-2050 and make arrangements to view the property. To apply for a unit we require a $20
NON-refundable application and credit check for each person over 18 years old who will be living in the
unit OR co-signing. Applying and paying the application fee does not guarantee acceptance.
Applications are generally processed within 72 hours. Upon acceptance of a unit, tenant will be given
24 hours to deposit certified funds with our office to hold the unit.
