HOA Services
Our overall goal is to facilitate a peaceful and smooth running HOA. At times it is in everyone's best interest to have a neutral third party to facilitate this. We work for each owner along with the HOA as a whole. We strive to protect everyone financial investment in their property. Once you have opened your HOA account with Marquardt Property Management your specialist will work closely with your Condominium Associations Board of Directors. • Monthly Financial Reports General Ledger Budget Comparison • Year End Statements General Ledger YTD 12 month P&L Operating Statement Budget Comparison YTD • Attendance at 2 meetings per year • Supervise janitorial maintenance and repair personnel • Obtain Competitive bids • Maintain files of minutes, Correspondences, Financial records and CC&R's • Deposit funds, dues and assessments • Maintain financial accounts Operating Reserve • Maintain log of repairs • Assist with billing and collection of special assessments • Monthly Walk-through inspection of Property • Payment if invoices, and bills as instructed by HOA • 24 hour emergency call service • Assist with conflict resolution |
